By car

From the north and the south, Bad Kissingen has direct access to the A7 and the new A71. Coming from the west, you can reach Bad Kissingen by taking the B287, and from the east take the A70 (Bamberg-Schweinfurt). Travel times are for example 2 hours from Stuttgart, 3.5 hours from Dortmund or 1.5 hours from Erfurt.

By rail
You can reach Bad Kissingen station via the ICE stations in Fulda and Würzburg, with connections via Gemünden and Schweinfurt.

Bad Kissingen airport can be reached directly by planes of up to 3,000 kg. Frankfurt and Nuremberg Airports can be reached by car in approx. 1.5 hours and 2 hours respectively, and Munich Airport in approx. 3 hours.
