You know the time has come for the annual “Rosenball“ when the smell of blossoming roses envelopes the town. The “Rosenball” is one of the resorts most popular events during the “Kissinger Sommer” where the “Regentenbau” is decorated with roses too numerous to be counted.

 

First class musicians play songs from the 1920s up to the 1990s and anything from waltz to tango or from foxtrot to disco grooves with such great enthusiasm that a night to remember is guaranteed.

Who will it be this year?

Each year there is a rose queen elected by its guests at the “Rosenball”. Each female visitor is given a rose as decoration upon arriving, each male guest is given a rose to present to the lady of his desire.

 The lady who ends up with the most roses is announced the “Rose Queen” of the year.
